  1. Yeah, it's local to me and been on my radar for months. Trying to stay strong.
  2. This one’s been sitting on Talkbass for many months. Maybe the seller can come down on the price: https://www.talkbass.com/threads/hamer-2tek-cruisebass-fretless-w-upgrades.1617257/
  3. Sorry it took a while, but I just confirmed this is possible: 1) Select the wah block. 2) Long press the knob for the parameter you want the EP to control. 3) Set the Controller parameter to either EXP Pedal 1 or EXP Pedal 2. 4) Set the range for the parameter (Min Value = heel, Max Value = toe). 5) Do the same for the Pitch Wham block, making sure to set the parameter to the same EP mode (EXP Pedal 1 or EXP Pedal 2).
  4. I've seen other Slammer Series shredders with 3-piece necks. But like you said, I don't specifically recall any Slammer Series Chaps.
  5. This is definitely something you should be able to do. I've assigned different parameters to the EP going in opposite directions through different ranges, like this where I have two different Pitch Wham blocks going in opposite directions: Will try to check on the specific situation you're talking about when I get home tonight and would be happy to walk you through the solution if you still haven't worked it out.
  6. Wow. Due to the pandemic I had to take a raincheck on my milestone birthday gift of going to NAMM in 2021. Now I'm thinking I should go to La Crosse instead.
  7. Yeah, wondering if that’s post-repair or if the crack is still open.
  8. Has anyone checked this out in person? Wondering how bad the crack is. https://www.guitarcenter.com/Used/Hamer/Duotone-Hollow-Body-Electric-Guitar.gc
  9. Looks like a mahogany top to me. Pretty cool, and reasonably priced.
  10. My wife and I are starting to think about where we want to retire. My in-laws live in a very nice part of Tucson, but we don't think that's the right town for us. We thought about Santa Fe for a bit, but she crossed it off the list after she went there for a work conference. I'll have to look into Las Cruces, that pic looks stunning. Sad to hear that Denver's gone downhill, as I'm still thinking somewhere in Colorado might be interesting. I kinda like the thought of still having 4 seasons. Anyway, congrats on retirement, and on the killer LP. Enjoy both!
  11. Finished this Variax transplant last April. I've gotten a little bored of the natural finish and am toying with different paint options: Also got this last April and modded it for my Radiohead tribute gigs: Found this locally on Reverb in October and couldn't pass it up. Recently got a fretless maple neck to complete the Sting wannabe look:
  12. Yeah, I can vouch for the power of Buddas, at least the OG ones. My old 18W Verbmaster easily kept up with a 60W Naylor side-by-side. GLWTS and congrats on the retirement.
  13. You’d think there’d be more red Diablos. Very nice.
  14. That's a Newport Pro Custom with a one-off finish (what is that, lemon burst?) and a ridiculously good deal at $1200.
  15. I use SS on guitars I sell, but honestly I've never had an issue with fret wear on NS and can get equally smooth feel on NS. This was on my daughter's old Squier, out of the box: After a good polish:
