Imiss85
Bought too many lately, I have to move a few.Hamer Slammer Series (NOT SLAMMER by Hamer) - these things are solid - the best of the hamer imports - approx 1996-1999? Sunburst, GFS pickups (don't ask me which ones, they were in it when I bought it) two point trem - nut appears to be bone.$100.00 plus whatever actual shipping is - probably 15-$20.00http://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x37/bad...Photos085-1.jpghttp://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x37/bad...lyPhotos086.jpghttp://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x37/bad...lyPhotos087.jpghttp://i182.photobucket.com/albums/x37/bad...lyPhotos001.jpg
Submariner85
Good price on that. I'm in the process of thinning the herd as well or I would get that.
zorrow
GREAT price! Those are killer guitars, yes... I think Hamer built in the 90's the best import guitars ever. I've owned a couple of Korean imports of that era and they are second to none. I guess the brand was back then trying to make a name for itself on a wider market, so their imports were really well-built and solid.Good luck with the sale! formula73
Is that, um, NOT plywood? A buddy of mine had a gorgeous Slammer strat in this sparkle rust-ish color that turned out to be ply.
Imiss85
pretty certain it's not plywood - although I've never had it apart. That said, it is very light in weight, very comfortable. I wish I could keep it, but I promised the wife once the 7 guitar stand I built was full, that's it. So one in, one out from that point forward. Sometimes you can get a few more in there if you put them in back-to-back I've got one, not plywood. Mine needed all new electronics (the original stuff was swiped and replaced with true crap) but the playability was excellent. This is a good deal, somebody grab it.
