veatch Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 ...that tis the question... Quick patch box i made to link two boards together if needed. Button on the right is a momentary that engages the Tuner - this keeps the tuner out of the signal path. Button on the left is a bypass to bypass the entire board (i run with all effects off 80% of the time anyways...). Might paint the box, or i might not. Either way, i'll mark the connections with a sharpie - can you paint clear coat over sharpie, or will it bleed? Or do i even need to bother painting over the sharpie? Tnx.
cmatthes Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 Just get a fine tipped paint pen at a craft/art store.
Steve Haynie Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 Sharpie and a Marks-A-Lot marker did not bleed when tests with spray can lacquer were done years ago. Some brands of marker did break up a little.
