Armitage
So I didn't sell as many guitars as I had hoped at The Guitar Show, but I did come home with this... a 2001 Murphy aged R9... that has the added mojo of once being the Marshall rep's sample guitar. So lots of respected players put some music through it. At least this way I don't feel like a dentist.
Sugartune
I'm not an anti-dentite or anything, but are you a dentist?
DaveL
That's pretty damn nice.
The Shark
It'll be like "pulling teeth" to get that one away from you. I just had to, sir. I had to. Murphy aged bursts of that era are refined and killer. I've read that Tom really hit his stride around that time. Damn.

The Shark
I had a Leo's Les Paul that looked exactly like it. Would have mentioned it before, but I was trying to find a picture. I don't guess I have one. Love that burst!

Disturber
If you are a dentist, then I can for sure see why you sunk your teeth into that guitar. Total beauty. Congrats!
Thundersteel
And yet another reason why pick guards shouldn't be installed--look at that top! Well done! #no pick guards
JES1680
NICE!! Kinda reminds me of my 00 R9 Murphy. Gone but not forgotten. Oh and you have much better photo skills.

I'm actually pretty amazed, it was a quickie shot with my Samsung phone. I only cropped it a bit with Microsoft Paint, nothing else.
