SSII x 2
Rather than work with the bondholders, who he claims have "have other intentions that are not necessarily my intentions," Juszkiewicz has enlisted Jeffries Group LLC to work on a refinancing package that will wipe out the existing debt. Pretty long list of people whose intentions differ from HJ's!
Thundersteel
Quote Unnamed sources Which could literally mean anyone! Worthless, IMHO.
Sugartune
So he'll try to get a new financing deal to wipe the existing and avoid that additional $145m hit. So what happens to that new debt when it becomes mature? Somehow things will turn around? While he is to blame for much of their issue, he's probably not wrong on this front "that guitar stores could improve sales if they shifted their focus from catering to regular customers to making new ones feel welcome." Oh please. There probably isn't a single one of us on here who doesn't have a story about how we were treated like shit by some cooler-than-thou musical instrument store employee when we were younger and the guitar business was booming. Hank should be sacked for this partial deflection of accountability alone.

Some of us (who shall remain nameless) have even had the amplifier clicked OFF on us while playing.
