I have some bootleg GNR albums from 1987 and 1988 and even then Slash had decent guitar sounds. That LP copy he has had all these years was a part of his early sound too.
They are big fans of his. Slash had Rick Nielsen present Joe Perry with his old "Walk This Way" Les Paul on Joe's 50th birthday. That sealed my admiration for Slash that and watching him sit about 5 rows off the floor at the the LA Forum in January 2002 jamming to Cheap Trick and then headliner Aerosmith just like you and me.
So this is 0187. James Honeyman-Scott's was 0188. I have 0189. Neat. Dude in Chicago had 0192 when I was there last October. It is a nice Sunburst finished Standard formerly owned by Scubamarket and Dez Dickerson at one time.. Wonder what 0190 and 0191 are and where they might be.
Stevieconlon and Shark are planning good Saturday night I hope! HBD!! Oh, there is a third one but it's been February since a visit but Happy Happy to them too.
Below the promo that opens, there is a window that says now playing I wonder if you click on that after going to the link. Either way I will have to be at work at that point in time and will miss the set! Raise a Hamer and let it Scream Kev!!!!
