  1. Glacier Burst is cool. Can't wait to see it. Are you sure you don't want trapezoids before the close off date 12/21/07, and get Victorys on your next one? Just kidding , no pressure at all.
  2. Check out my positive feedback....... Look how many people I've screwed.
  3. Are ya gonna rent a Magnum and take another "vacation"? This time to CT? We want pics! Joking aside, I've bought guitars listed in good condition that were in better shape. The edges on the headstock shoulda been disclosed, too. Dings and gouges are not the same.
  4. This is cool. Thanks for the updates El!
  5. Man, I just read this.... My heart goes out to you and yours. Prayers sent, and I'm very sorry! DeWayne
  6. Marty, I'm very sorry for your loss. Prayers sent for you and your family. DeWayne
  7. Price the new ones with the dealers before paying that. You might be happier with something from the HFC....someone might have a great used one? Put up a wanted to buy (WTB).
  8. I didn't watch for a reason... 2 Names... Super Group. Or should I say grout. The Nuge was himself, gotta thank him for that. Bio-what? Let's see if he can get a free ad for porn again. (his wife is HOT). Skud Row? Bonham is a good choice. Ian is the player for that show. Good side fiddle. Let's see if anyone one on the HFC will come up with their own supergroup. Hell, I think R. Zander has the best vocals!
  9. Is that Carvin amp a "mini-stack"? DAYUMM. I'd go south via California. edit to add: It's the net. I'm in Indiana. I'll still NOT piss you off and go WAY outta my way!
  10. If you're not using 15's, you need to at least try them. Vocals and 2-3 acoustics will kill most 12's in a small club setting (I use 15 in. monitors in a lot of small clubs). Killertone has the right idea... headroom is where it's at. Just because a powered head is not cranked doesn't mean it's not close to clipping. I actually tried a powered head for practice (thru mons.) and it wouldn't keep up. And our drummer was using triggers! Poe, I feel for ya and I hope ya get it figured out real soon!
  11. Wasn't "million miles away" on the "valley girl" soundtrack? If so, can anyone burn me a copy? (great song if it's the one I'm thinkin' of) By the way Tech diff... I just happen to have a few extra CHEAP TRICK picks layin around. Tom P's, too (rare). Have your dad E me and I'll send a couple your way. Edit to add.. I'd like the whole album from what's been said about it. Is it available on cd?
  12. My eyes weren't wrong. Those are some good old classics for cheap!
  13. Great sign Greg! Did I see an old peavey bass in the window? Mute point, great job on the signage! As far as what BCR stands for...
  14. Thanks for the pic. I was wondering what shape it was in. Along with Greg, I dig the old logos. This is a great candidate for a Benchreport. Can't wait to see the process. Have fun!
  15. That looks to be a fun project. Good score. Hows the headstock face? The rest doesn't look bad at all.
  16. God bless your mom! God bless you and your family, too. I can't say I know what you're going through. My prayers are sent.
  17. Of all the music listed before about the bands being on drugs.... I got high listening to a lot of it. I quit getting high years ago and a lot of the music lost it's "magic." A lot of music sounds even better now. Kinda listening for the first time, so to speak. I bring out old shit from time to time and find a lot of stuff I never really appreciated the first time around. If someone was cranked or not... only they know. All I can say is try and do better, without losing your family and life....
