That make two Standards with unusual tops that Hamer has done recently. My Spruce top & now the Spalted top.

very nice cut of wood... lack of color actually makes it stand out more and the graining adds to that..

Wow. I am speechless.

I wasn't sure how that would come out when I heard a rumor about it somewhere, but that is truly STUNNING!

The figure and spalt combination there is unlike anything I've seen ANYWHERE.

The new owner is gonna love that one, for sure.

I thought Hamer wasn't interested in doing things that were "too obvious."

Seriously, holy crap! Whoever concepted that gets major kudos from me.

Sweet! I'm a little surprised that Hamer built it given Jol's attitude towards "dirty wood", but that looks awesome! Especially with the black hardware and ebony fretboard.
