It is happening!  Alex and Geddy will do some shows next year with Jeff Beck's last drummer, Anika Nilles, and a keyboard player.

They also need to get a new singer and let Geddy just play bass, and I say that as a Rush fan.

A girl?? Oh. My. God.

2nd rule (right after NSOS): no chicks in the band.

Good!  Maybe if Geddy doesn't have to play keys all the time, he can get better on bass.

Saw her with Beck a coupla years back in LA. She’s a flippin’ monster. They chose well.

Now, if someone could convince Ged not to strain for the high notes anymore. The vocals on Rush50 were a bit wanting, to say the least.

Anika is a total monster behind the kit.  I also caught her on the final Jeff Beck tour - she is the real deal.

I was thinking, "at least she won't have to wait in line for the bathroom!"

I would have suggested Simon Phillips, - but they didn't ask me

Hey man! No Neil = No Rush! They should rename the band Bush (or Tush).

JK: Anybody got a spare ticket?
