guitfiddler
A very understated player IMO. The years playing alongside "the iceman" Albert Collins certainly didn't hurt. Her band was really cookin', she was in great form. Amp was a Fender Super Reverb, 2 TS-9 Tubescreamers. Her one Strat was particularly interesting, with a humbucker at the neck, a Joe Barden Strat pickup in the middle, and a P-90 at the bridge. Check her out sometime if she's playing nearby. Steve Haynie
Debbie Davies played a stage that I was working at a festival one year. She and her band were very friendly. She absolutely was a pleasure to work with. As for her playing, I really enjoyed what she was doing. She really plays like an old pro.
