bbobb24 Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 Hi all. I recently put a 3 hole Duotone on layaway and this Suudio has to go. It's in excelent condition, with the exception of 2 small dings on the top above the bridge. There are no other marks at all on this beauty, it looks as if it's hardly been played. The original hard case is included. I have a couple of pictures posted here: http://community.webshots.com/user/bbob24b If you'd like more pictures or info feel free to e-mail me at bbachman6 at yahoo dot com Help me bring my "new to me" Duotone home.....I'm asking $750 shipped in the US. I can take Paypal if you cover the fees. Thanks for reading.
MCChris Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 I'm the proud owner of a wrap Studio with covered pups. Great, great guitars. Beauty color and flame, man!
Jeff R Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 If the Muse's is any across-the-board indication of wrap around Studio guitars, they are well worth the money.
m chops Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 Looks like one I used to have. Are the p/us Lovers?
MCChris Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 Looks like one I used to have. Are the p/us Lovers? Mine has the typical JB/59 combo, just with covers.
sw686blue Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 PAGING CADDIE....PAGING CADDIE!!!Looks like a beauty! Is that a '59 burst?
sirDaniel Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 I'm the proud owner of a wrap Studio with covered pups. Great, great guitars. yours has the ferrous oxide modded frets
bbobb24 Posted August 31, 2006 Author Posted August 31, 2006 The person I bought it from said that the pickups were changed before he got it and he wasn't sure what they are. So I'm sorry that I can't ansewer that question. I believe it's a 59 burst, it's a beautiful finish and the flame on the top is really nice, the pictures don't really do it justice. As far as the weight and and neck I'll post later when I get home, it's been a little while since I played it.
Caddie Posted August 31, 2006 Posted August 31, 2006 PAGING CADDIE....PAGING CADDIE!!!Looks like a beauty! Is that a '59 burst?DAY um that '59 burst. We see so much of it, I think I might just crap '59 burst one of these days.noonan
bbobb24 Posted September 1, 2006 Author Posted September 1, 2006 I've added a couple more pictures to webshots, again they're not the best pictures, I was hoping the weather would clear up but it's supposed to be like this for the weekend. As far as weight goes, I'm guessing that it's around 8lbs roughly. And the neck is what I'd call medium, not thin, and not fat to my hands. http://community.webshots.com/user/bbob24b
Guest galejt Posted September 2, 2006 Posted September 2, 2006 Bumpand......would anyone care to comment on the medium 95 Studio neck profile? For common experience I cuurently sport:25th Anniv.96 Duotone with what I consider a fat medium (only because I have a BCR Jr @ fat)78 Sunburst, thin (but it's an early wide spaced sustain block which makes it playable IMHO)TIA

The necks on the 95 wrap tail Studios are consistently medium. I have played a handful on top of the two I owned. Still the biggest bang for the buck in all of guitardom IMHO.Jim.....I also owned a 25th anniversary and I can tell you the necks are real close.
bbobb24 Posted September 5, 2006 Author Posted September 5, 2006 Just a quick after holiday bump.....
hamerfan50 Posted September 16, 2006 Posted September 16, 2006 Hello...is the guitar still available?Thank you.
59burst Posted September 16, 2006 Posted September 16, 2006 No, maybe I should rephrase that-does Bbob live in the Atlanta area? I like to check out guitars before I buy-never bought through the mail before.
