Brooks Posted July 24, 2007 Share Posted July 24, 2007 i heard a mercyful fate tune for the 1st time (for that specific tune) on xm radio today. it's one of the songs metallica covered in their MF medley ("i was born in a cemetary", haha). their cover is almost exactly the same except for hetfields vocals are way cooler than king diamonds.that cool sliding riff is stuck in my head, along w/ the goofy lyrics("i'll be the 1st to watch your funeral, and i'll be the last to leeeeeeaaavvvveeeeeeee", haha).
