FS/FT: Three Mint Hamers

I have three Hamers FS/FT:

> Artist Korina Custom, bound and crowned with Phat Cat

pickups, Schaller locking tuners and gold hardware

($1800 shipped within U.S.)

> Newport Pro Korina from Hamer’s custom shop with

Tortoise Shell Bound, Grover locking turner, TonesPro

bridge and tailpiece

($1650 shipped within U.S.)

> Newport Pro (spruce top with Mahogany body) with many upgrades

($1350 shipped within U.S.)

Please keep in mind that to order either the Artist Korina Custom or the Newport Korina

from the Hamer custom shop you'll have pay a new custom shop price and wait three to

six months. More painful, Hamer prices on Korina custom orders went up this last winter.

These instruments go on ebay this week. I will end an auction on a guitar to sell in this

community if we can close a deal before the first ebay bid.

This instrument is mint - out of the custom shop in October '04. Less than 10 hours playing

time. The Grover locking tuners are an upgrade, as are the matching chrome controls.

Newport Pro: (S/N 151614)

> Ivoroid binding

> 24 ¾ neck length and 22 frets

> Special-ordered Sperzel gold locking tuners (headstock witdth won't correctly

match a standard Sperzel or Schaller locking tuner.)

> Gold Tonespro bridge and tailpiece (not Bigsby Vibrato)

> Seymour Duncan Seth Lover pickups

> With Hamer TKL case.

This guitar is unusual with great tone. The standard Grover tuners have been

replaced with custom gold locking tuners from Bob Sperzel. The pickup covers and

rings, controls have been replaced with gold hardware. The frets have been dressed

within the past three months by Doug Proper at The Guitar Specialist in New York

(see Doug's website at http://www.guitarspecialist.com). There's not

another Newport Pro quite like this one!
