Guest Buck Dharma Posted July 16, 2005 Posted July 16, 2005 $850 + shipping! Here is the chance to get a handmade custom guitar that is very different! This guitar is the best I ever had. It is light, comfortable and plays and sounds better than any guitar I ever played. I'm getting rid of most of my stuff to make room. I need a nice amp head or combo or I will sell for $800 + shipping. Please don't bother offering me cheap amps I will not be interested. I'm looking for 22 watts or less tube amp preferably old Marshall or Fender sound. I will take better pics for anyone serious. The only issue with this guitar is the tuners were changed by the builder, he filled the holes before finishing so you can see a little a little circle under each tuner. Seppo knows how to build guitars and has been doing it for 40 years. This is African Mahogany and Sycamore body with tummy contours, setneck maple with rosewood between medium and shredder somewhere get's wider towards the body. PAF his design pickups sound very good. Email me if interested at: jwjoyce@comcast.net Check builder site here: http://www.frankinsteinguitarworks.com
Guest Buck Dharma Posted August 28, 2005 Posted August 28, 2005 I'm gonna try this one more time to see if anyone here wants this! This is a very nice guitar and I hope someone that buys it will play it and enjoy it. I don't think you will find anything close to this quality and sound for less than twice the money. I have been through seven humbucker guitars that I sold instead of this guitar. The only reason I am selling it is so I can try a Les Paul which is going to cost more and I don't even know if I will like it as much. The Frankinstein is very light and balances great. It sounds more like an Explorer than a Firebird due to the Humbuckers. Think Allen Collins of Skynyrd. It can do LP crunch but also some strat type sounds. I have sold most of my stuff and I am going down to one Strat and one LP. Thanks for looking!
