Is this a 96 or 06? and 45567th guitar to be numbered?

Just wanted to make sure I was interpreting that correctly.

Roughly speaking:

Last five digits under 25k = 80s

Last five digits between 25k and 50k = 90s

Last five digits over 50k = 2000s

The 78s and 79s are a bit more obvious.
