Now I know what people mean by "I found this one just laying around." True story though.... I once walked out of my favorite music store, and UPS was delivering at the time. Truck is parked at side of building (can't see it from inside the store).Dude has 3 new LPs in Gibson boxes leaning against the back of the truck. Picks up two and carries them in..................... ....and I'm standing there. I could have been GONE with it. It was an easy 40 seconds before he returned. I'm a friend of the owner so (watching the whole thing) I stand there like a vulture until the UPS guy returns. Nice axes man. But he's right...where is the good stuff?

I have to switch to IE to access www.bcrmusic.com Love the bass and absolutely love the white PRS SE! Does the Floyd on the black RS sit on the body, or does it float? It's too shiny for me to tell on this monitor.

The guitar is stupid clean and priced right.
ecnal Posted August 17, 2009 Posted August 17, 2009 I guess different people handle consignments differently.Every time I've consigned something (cars, guitars) or bought something on consignment, there's been some wiggle room built in, like a dealer would tell me "I've got someone willing to pay x for your car" or a dealer would transmit my offer to the owner (who usually starts out higher than they will take, and will bargain).I understand what you're saying, and you have every right to get what you can on an item. That is a nice guitar for sure.

I request that customers tell me the bottom that they want and that is the price. Any other way is not honest, in my opinion. I prefer having the number be solid and a worthwhile value.
