Anyone know how to remove the logos from SD Pickups? Nail Polish remover? Lighter Fluid? Goo Gone?

 
Use the search function. This has been up more than once.

I don't remember exactly how I went about last time I removed a logo. I think I just scrubed it off, then polished the bobbin up a bit. Depends on how anal you are about your guitar looking shiny, or not, I guess.

 
I used Kit Scratch Out to remove SD logos just a couple of weeks ago. Took about 20 seconds per pickup and left the bobbins nice and glossy shiny.

Costs about $5 and readily available. I think i bought mine at Auto Zone. I'm pretty sure they make both a liquid and paste version. I used the liquid.

Yeah, now I remember! I used something similar for the car, but a European brand some some sort. Worked like a charm.

 
Ello, is this technique likely to work with the textured tops of PA pickups or is there a better plan?
