Load box for amp slaving

Question

Looking for (and not finding), a small, simple and inexpensive 8 ohm load box that I can use to slave a 5F1 Champ into a larger amp. Anyone know where I can find one, or barring that, a link to a schematic for such a beastie? Any and all help along these lines appreciated. ;)

Thanks for that Jay. Thought about the MicroMass as it does the line out thing in addition to its main attenuation function, but heard mixed reviews about it. This box looks simpler and closer to what I'm gunning for.

The Champ not going to push like a 100 watt marshall, ya know?

And the guys who do try to att. a Marshall,.... well....

should work great for a champ!

Always been kinda intrigued by the tone of the old Garnet Herzogs. I figure if the Herzog's basically a Champ with a load resistor, maybe a similar effect could be derived from a driving a bigger amp with a line level out (line out) from one. I have a sweet and fat-sounding 5F1 built by Tino Zottola, which gets pretty gnarly with a good Ge treble booster in front. If I can score/build a box for $75 or so, think it'd be fun to experiment with my Fender SuperTwin, which is a beast slaved with a good gain amp (just ask Gordie Johnson, who uses a Herzog driving a 180W SuperTwin for his "small" rig).
