Do you mean a Blue Marble Virt? I've seen two of those, but never seen one in Hamer's "Granite" finish (Black drybrush over white, usually).

This is the "Marble" finish:

Here is the B/W Granite finish:

Quick! Keep a box of tissues handy lest you stain somebody's nice blue dress.

Christmas is the time of giving and sharing with your famiies.

Here you go, a pair of granites: set neck cali made for Tommy Shaw of Styx, and Virtuoso with scalloped ebony board (for those that don't care for the maple).

Enjoy.

thanks peter,

i did not know of the existance of this virtuoso.

i think i have to change the thread name into marble virtuoso.

i am actually looking for the marble virt which belonged some years ago to joe, then to jon and finally to phil who sold it.

currently i own a celestial virt and the icepearl snakeskin virt which was pictured in the oversized hamer catalog.

would be great if the owner of that marble virtuoso is a hfc guy.

Just having alittle fun.......

Wait til I show the the sustain block version of the granite with the half ebony/half maple fingerboard version they made for the guy in Warrant to match the old BC Richs he used.

Merry Christmas eve All!!!!

Good Lord...

Just when you think you've seen everything in Peter's arsenal, he whips out a killer!

Zoiks! Never saw an ebony board on one before either.

Love to see a pic of the Warrant Virt...

jeebus Pete, where you find these things, I have no idea. Being a big ebony fan, that scalloped ebony fretboard has given me a woody!!
