online lessons for a kid

I have a old friend of mine who has a almost 10 year old son who has been playing guitar and paino by ear for the last few years and he has really progressed alot on his on, he is listening to songs once or twice and playing them!!!

The parents would love to get him in with a teacher but no one in the area will touch him till he is 11 years old.

Can any of you guys or gals recomend a good online corse or teacher to get this kid started until he can get a local teacher?

A nod here for Justinguitar.com. I have done some of Justin's lessons. He is good, maybe a bit too chatty. Lots of songs and a lot well organized structured lessons.
