Beautiful 1980 hamer sunburst.

Born in chicago 32 years ago.

Solid mahogany body.highly flamed maple top

Just has become too heavy for me

Looking to trade for fender american strategy

Sunburst maple neck

Has that been routed for a Kahler and then filled back in?

Patched Kahler route, cheap-o bridge added.

$1,100 is too much for a project guitar, but it could be worth getting if the seller would knock @ $500 off.

 
Exactly what I was thinking, except I was gonna simply say, "Twice what it's worth."

So I guess we're only $50 off...

 
Natural Sunbursts are the BEST (not this one - just in general).

Other than the ugly patch, the major rash, the "painted" headstock, the non

original bridge, and the big chip on the back of the neck, I'm REALLY liking it!!!

Argh, didn't see anything about the butchered state in the ad. I hope someone can talk the seller way, way down and save that poor thing from its misery.
