DaveL
Hi, I saw one of these yesterday at Daddy's Salem NH. It was a '93 natural mahogany with the duncan JB and 59 combo. It was pretty clean but had a mark on the face behind the bridge. nice neck, not skinny... Price was ok at $599, and although I didn't plug it in it kinda had the vibe that with a nice setup and fresh strings that it would rip somebody's face off... not literally because that would be freaky but you know what I mean... tomteriffic
Specials from that era with humbuckers are pretty rare. Worth grabbing.
serial
Sounds like it'd be a decent grab.

black magic
Wow, I have the same guitar but with P-90`s. I have been looking for a natural mahogany Special with the HB`s for a long time. I have had 3 Special HB`s, 2 Cherry and 1 Black, 2 Skinny necks and 1 medium, but love natural mahogany the best. Where is that one at bro? Thanks-Jack.
