Buying a House

My wife convinced me to look at some new (to us) houses and we ended up putting a bid in on one tonight.

I'm already going to have to store a shitload of guitars and amps at a friend's house, but it's a good time to purge.

So, here are some items on the chopping block.

Original Parker Nitefly. Strat feeling neck. USA made. Sunburst. S/S/h. Whammy. piezo bridge. Parker Gig bag. $500 plus shipping.

Brian Moore i8.13. This is the older quality Korean version, not the cheap stripped down current model that I think is made in China. Great guitar crafted in Japan with high end hardware stock. Sperzel locking tuners. Real SD (not duncan designed) '59 and JB pickups. RMC piezo bridge (for acoustic guitar tones) and Roland compatible 13 pin output. Beautiful red contoured quilt top on mahogany body. Still has the stickers on the front to explain the controls. Fast tracking. Works great. Wide thinner neck. 1985 Blitz Project Guitar. Hockey Stick Headstock. Floyd included (no bar). Needs pickups. New black schaller tuners. Floyed bushings doweled, drilled and replaced. Body has lot of rough spots. See photos on my member page. With new Hamer Standard hardshell case. $400 plus shipping though you may have to pay for packing if I can't find a box large enough.

Now, wait just a second! I was asking for advice from those with expertise. I didn't hem and haw at all. I listened, followed advice and ended up with tires that really improve the ride of my vehicle. Definitely didn't go cheap. Just wanted expertise.

Besides, I only offered $350.00 for the house. ;-) I hope we get it, but who knows. We'll see how negotiations go.
