"1997 Hamer USA Mirage II Koa, killer player with the added plus of a beautiful and rare flamed Koa top. Other than the Koa, has all the great features of the Mirage II including Mahogany body and neck, Seymour Duncan humbuckers ('59 and JB), Wilkinson vintage tremolo and locking tuners. I've said for years that Hamer makes better Gibsons than Gibson so if you're a fan of the LP double cut, and you like the longer (25.5") Fender scale, you'll love this one. Very soulful tone, expert craftsmanship, and understated elegant looks. Not quite mint but very clean for a used guitar and no major wear or flaws. These had a street price of $1330 back in '97 ($1900 list) and this nice one is an excellent value on the used market at $899. Includes original case."
