carfish7 Posted April 29, 2014 Posted April 29, 2014 Remember all those F#$%er variants with the pointy headstock and "Chandler San Francisco" on the rear of the headstock? Anyone know where they were made? Wondering about this one - double-bound body, EMG's, blah......
mc2 Posted May 1, 2014 Posted May 1, 2014 I though they were made in northern CA...at least the earlier stuff and certain later models. I'm not positive if any Chandlers used any import parts. But the ones I know that were U.S. Made were nice quality...plus Chandler makes its own pickguards and pickups.I have a chambered 80s Tele double bound Chandler Tele....I think called a "Telepathic" back when they were making them. That one is from CA. Nice guitar.
