Looking for a Carr Rambler

Anyone have a Rambler (any speaker configuration) that they'd like to move? I have some pretty cool stuff to trade or could do a cash deal.

Unlikely, I know, but worth a shot.

I'd also be interested in comments from anyone who's played through one.

I played it for something like 10 minutes in my by now ex-IRW neck Melancon w/häussel pups.

I was floored!!!

I could not believe the "dimension" of that sound... even though it was the 1x12" model it does not "focus" so severely like for example my Rivera M60 does (comparing apple to oranges, so it really doesnt make sense).

I can't wait to have it here!

I was using Steves for most of last year, I loved it, ended up w/ a silverface deluxe for cheap and returned his generous loan, but frankly I'd pick the Rambler over just about any amp out there, amazing combo's!

I'd 2nd that. My buddy has one and it is a really great sounding combo. Much bigger sounding than it looks.

Damn! I can confirm that it sounds really HUGE!

I don't dig the triode setting very much - but the pentode setting is BAD!
