need a nut for an input jack

The only thing is it seems to be larger than the normal input jack.

It's for an 80s Yamaha. When I measure it, it looks like the inner needs to be 13/32". It is clearly larger than the normal 3/8" inner diameter of most SAE jacks and significantly larger than the 9/32" (approximately) I see listed for metric jack nut inner diameters.

Anyone know where I can find one?

Yeah, I think that's where I'm at now.

I just suck at soldering. Time to learn, I guess.

dude, even I can solder input jacks....you can do this!

that's a pretty good quick primer! I worked with a guy who LOVED SparkFun (an EE who had served on attack subs during his time in the Navy) and he was ALWAYS wiring weird shit up.
