A co-worker's daughter didn't back up her pictures from her Samsung Tracfone - it's an SM-S766C - and the phone hangs at the startup screen now. He asked me to take a look at it, but we haven't been able to get anywhere with it. I've found some ideas about how to put an Android device into safe mode, but none of them have worked for me. Anybody have any ideas how to do it on this phone?
