Daytona nut width question.....

To those of you who own Hamer Daytona's, is the width at the nut a 1 5/8 or 1 11/16?

Please advise and thank you very much.

Assuming I was supposed to measure the nut from outside to outside, I saw 1 11/16" on mine.
