Ottawa luthier recommendation

My friend is looking to get his 74 Black Beauty's" rising tongue" fixed whilst he's back in Ottawa for a month; anyone know any good luthiers they could recommend there ?

There's a great luthier in my town about 2 hours from there across the border.

No experience with Canadian luthiers though...

Rising tongue never really goes away. the neck jointed area swells and contracts as the weather changes, causing the rise.

refret, replane the board, the chance of a returning rise is still there.
