Whether frets just need to be leveled and polished vs replaced? My '94 Daytona is showing some pretty good grooves in the cowboy chord area but the wear is evident all the way up to about the 15th fret. If I scrape a fingernail from the fingerboard on the nut side of the fret, over the crown to the bridge side I can feel an edge has developed just before I get to the crown. Frets 21 and 22 don't seem to have that. I'm assuming it's because I rarely play those notes. I've started to notice some of the worst spots when bending notes around them so I'm going to need to do something. Just not sure what.
