Suggestions for Busing Systems

Need suggestions on methods of "silent" rehearsals- i.e. JamHub or similar busing systems. Individual level controls is essential if not critical. The other band has a sweet system that is proprietary to the mixing board called Q-Mix but it doesn't seem to play nice with iPhones and I don't wanna buy a new mixing board.

Well, I'm not familiar with the individual mix things, but the Behringer XR18 mixer is not expensive (Sweetwater has them for $500) and their apps work for both iOS and Android.   Then, just  run out of the Auxes and/or main to individual headphone amps.

That's probably at least what you'd spend for the headphone systems anyway.  I think you have to have a unit for each person then a controller unit that fans out to them if I'm remembering correctly, but again I haven't set up or used one of these, just read about them a few years ago.

Roland offers the HS-5, MacOSX compatibility, I would imagine you could interface it with iOS and Garage Band. Might want to look into it.
