sixesandsevens
*Yawn* Wake me up when they have rotating bridge designs between wraptail, ToM, trem, and sustainblock.
polara
It's ingenious... sort of answers a question not many were asking but hats off to the engineering. Check the company's top-end guitars. Just... dang. http://sauvageguitars.com/opm1.html
hamerhead
And it weighs what, like 42 pounds?
bubs_42
Huh, I don't know about that guitar, but this will be my next amp. Richard is pimping the Supro's and pretty much everything else, but he is a St. Louis native and I think he actually digs this amp.

For some reason these days I'm drawn to more unique designs. It would be nice with some pelham blue or seafoam green.
Steve Haynie
Mini-switches are a lot easier to install.
Hbom
Interesting. The idea of one guitar to rule them all sounds good, but what would a person do if they didn't have GAS? Seems like it would take all the fun out of the hunt.
Studio Custom
Given the vigorous debate neck condoms have over at the Les Paul forum, I have to wonder if such guitar has an audience. Isn't the Variax really same thing in practice?

Isn't the Variax really same thing in practice? I have owned a Variax. It "models" the different guitar voices via the piezos. Some of the models are OK and some are annoying. The pitch shifting it does comes across to me as very electronic and cheesy sounding. I tried to make it work but I decided to let it go. The Duotone however, is a sonic marvel. Especially if you have one modded by a particular HFC member.
Thundersteel
I'd like to have the pickups constantly spin while playing.
