meathead321
Hello, I was wondering what you guys tune your eclipse 12 strings to. I mean will the neck hold up to standard tuning. Not a real fan of detuning and capo's. I got a set of 9-46 strings. Think they are to heavy ??? 1st electric 12 string.

cynic
I tuned mine to 432Hz and it cured my cancer. Yes, the neck will support standard tuning.
cmatthes
I use 0.10s on all of my electric 12 strings, no problem ever - both in 440 and down a 1/2 step. Not in 20 years of those necks enduring my playing, anyway!

tbonesullivan
For the strings that are not in octaves, most people tune them just a bit off.
Studio Custom
Has anyone, ever heard of a US manufactured guitar that could not hold standard tuning? Me neither. Therefore,
