...or more specifically where I can get one like it.

 

I'm not sure if this is a bit basic, but I'm looking for a couple the right black metal control knobs for a hypothetical 1987 Hamer Chaparral which has stupid strat knobs on it.

I'm not sure if there is a best option for what is closest to correct ones for it.

 

Anyone easily able to point me in the right direction?

 

Conscious there may be detailed shaft information required...

Those are dials, not knobs ;)
