crunchee
No affiliation. Anybody here need a '63 Fender Bassman amp? Or a leopard-print Gretsch painted by TV Jones (yes, THAT TV Jones)? https://reverb.com/news/brian-setzer-is-coming-to-reverb?utm_source=braze&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=20200819 D&S US

Toadroller
My pop has had a matched set of those exact red BSA tank emblems hanging in his foyer since I was a kid. I grew up on the back of BSAs and Nortons.
Drew816
That "VO" amp looks pretty rare and unusual... 😉 Yeah, this stuff is going to go for big bucks; people trying to live their Rockabilly Setzer Glory!! And not a lot of stuff. What Sonic Youth did their Reverb store they had all kinds of crap, posters, broken pedals, weird things they'd tested and tried, etc. They had some really interesting things and because there was so much the smaller things didn't go for a ton of money. I of course caught this all AFTER it happened as I wasn't paying attention. Brian is a machine, one of my all time favorite players.
cmatthes
I was chatting with TV Jones about a Tele project I've got in the works, and he sent me pics of the Leopardskin one that he customized for Brian - that's superBADassed!
Steve Haynie
If a 70's pimp had a guitar it would look just like that.

Setzer with a Tele, I feel like I've slipped into a parallel universe! Cool looking, but why the clear rings?

Drew816
Well why RINGS at all? No need, Filters thread through the top. And yes, you don't want to distract from it's Leopardness!
cmatthes
It’s just in a mock-up there. I have tons of TVJ guitars and none have rings actually!

tbonesullivan
They get to the end, and don't show more of the motorcycle. DANGIT. That's some seriously cool stuff though. Some really great prices for unique instruments.
