hamerhead
Stupid paddle headstock. And binding. And price. Otherwise, it's awesome!
kizanski
Looks like the one that was hanging at BCR for years.

specialk
I like paddles! I don't like thin necks on overpriced guitars.
topekatj
This one has haunted me for years! It's a beauty, regrettable (but glad glad to know!) the neck ain't hefty.
crunchee
My '14 Fender "Sandblasted" Tele (which I believe has a American Special/Performer neck) measures .83" at the 1st fret and .89" at the 12th fret according to DGS, and feels comfy to me...but I wouldn't want it much smaller than that; so .82" at the 1st and .84" at the 10th fret doesn't sound too bad. The thing I couldn't get along with on early-mid '80's Hamer necks was the narrow width, which I think is narrower than the 1 5/8" nut width seen on some vintage and vintage reissue guitars (I could be wrong about the neck width though, please correct me if I am), and is kinda like a mid-late '60's Gibson neck. Does anybody know what Ibanez Wizard neck specs are in comparison? Of course, regardless of the neck size, the asking price is way too high IMO. Don't forget: "Askin' ain't sellin'". velorush
Salient question is, which Wizard? topekatj
Hmmm. More intrigue. I just noticed a bit of booger-age to the right of the sustain block in the 3rd photo.

HamStd
I know this guitar very well. First, want to mention that that spot by the bridge is in the finish only. There isn't a structural issue. For those that have owned or closely observed a Miller guitar and the sustain block bridge area have seen the same issue with the finish. Neck-wise It isn't a skinny neck at all, has the feel of an '80 Sunburst. It is not the "vintage cut" from the 90's-2000's but it is definitely not an '81 Special skinny style neck. tbonesullivan
Oh dang! It's times like this I keep trying to remember what separates a Blitz from a Standard, aside from the fact that they are both not Vectors. Thinner body? That is quite a looker, but my love for Hamer Doublecuts just got worse.
