RobB
Working with my friend’s estate sale biz. We’ve emptied a 50x20ft storage unit. Here is a small portion: I can’t possibly list all of the amazing stuff, but there are these: 1000s of NOS tubes and I think there are hundreds more in the pile somewhere. I know there are a lot of expensive tubes in here, but we just don’t have the time to inventory every one. How do I proceed to sell these things? Boxes and boxes of tubes..!!!! joshoowah
You might consider amp companies that specialize in vintage-style as bulk buyers of a lot of the contents, not just the tubes. There are tons of boutique companies and individual builders who would fight for NOS glass, caps, resistors, pots, wire, jacks, etc. so they can charge an extra "0". If you end up offering tubes to us, I'd be in for a few boxes of the right stuff... lifetime supply for my babies!
Steve Haynie
There are people who restore old radios with the correct tubes. There might be someone doing that with televisions, but when a picture tube went out that was it. Old record players had tubes. Someone has to be restoring those. If you find one of those folks, my late 50s Telefunken Wien IIu console still needs a new caretaker/restorer.

Rockola
I had one. Trust me when I tell you that technology has closed that gap. Those are pretty but functionality 50 yrs later is a bitch.
