He must have been deluged with e-mails. YES, it was $2200. Now $4500.

Snooze you lose.

Good eye, soli'd. I've never seen a one piece neck on a Cali.

Are all Calis one-piece necks?  I've never noticed.

No... this one is special. It's a flame maple neck. My Cali glue in is a 3 piece.

So a clean Cali is now worth $4500? What are my Impacts worth? Time to sell? It's like the housing market, I guess.

When I posted he was asking $2250 + $100 shipping.

I missed out!

ok yes...they could be ordered with a floyd but the one on ebay has the schaller trem posts and the route is a bit small for the longer floyd set screws..

Pretty sure my 88 Cali had a 3 piece neck. Of course it was a standard and not a flame maple body...

sold that fucker for $600 about 15 years ago...  🤦🏻‍♂️

Probably standard with the FM option. (?)

I bet that is one heavy, and bright ass guitar!

Hamer seems like they were pretty picky about the tone and weight of the all-maple guitars; I've owned a solid quilt-maple Virtuoso, a pair of matching FM Calis, a NAMM FM Cali, and a Vintage S and none of them were heavy or excessively bright imho.  I did have an early ash-bodied Daytona that was really heavy and bright - much more so than any of the shredders above.
