GC return policy?

Shows you how often I get into GC...   I bought a used guitar there recently and, in my environment, it just doesn't work.  Does GC have a return policy on used gear and, if so, how does it work?  TIA

As far as how does it work. You bring it back and depending on how you paid the money's in your account quickly. Depends on your bank CC company etc. Use it for something else they have, they'd prefer that.

I have them ship to GC when I buy used from them. That way, we can open it at the store and they can see and hear for themselves if there are any issues.

I buy a pretty fair amount from GC's used section. I try it, and if I like it I "Keep" it and if I don't I take it back. Its always 100% hassle free.

Never used your GC Rewards Certificate on a chance purchase. You don't get them refunded, the money is just gone.
