bondedbybrick
Not sure if this has already been posted. Grew up in DC listening and watching to Robert Gordon with Link Wray and Danny Gatton..... What a baritone! I've spent the last month listening to every LP he made that I have. Rest in Peace Robert..... https://www.washingtonpost.com/obituaries/2022/10/22/robert-gordon-rockabilly-singer-dead/
Hfan
Sorry to hear it. I was a big fan back in the day. Saw him once with Link Wray. Too bad. He was an early introduction into rock-a- billy for me. I wound up exploring earlier examples. RIP.
princeofdarkness56
Been a rough week or so for some very good artists.
rugby1970
Fresh Fish Special with Link Wray was the BEST. Saw them down the Jersey shore, great show. Springsteen came on to sing Fire (Bruce wrote it) with him. This album introduced me to Link Wray (used to be my avatar). Bummer.
