Don't have it yet.  Neck is supposed to be the '54 shape which I'm guessing is rounder and a bit larger than the '57.  The guy said it sounds incredible.  He just can't get over the "buzz".  Said it's the first P-90 guitar he's owned.  My dumb luck...

And the “buzz” is half the appeal of p90’s, right…?

P-90's are unlike any other pickup.  Leslie West said, "If you don't know how to treat them, they won't treat you right".  I think the guy i bought it from was trying to make it sound like his other humbucker guitars.
