So, I have a cheap Android tablet. I want to run my guitar into it, through an amp sim of some sort, and out into a power amp and speakers. Is this possible? Hardware recommendations? Software suggestions?

Irig ua is for android devices. Add a 1/8 to 1/4 cable and you are direct to amp.

I just saw this. Not an irig but seems like it would be flexible to use in many situations including a practice rig, backup rig, travel rig, etc. for $250.
