Looks cool to me, if possible you should ad a link so dumb asses like me can make a donation to support the HFC. This is the first chance I've had to get on here since 9/11, I've been playing bass for a guy here in Indy and it's been leaving me zero time to be hanging out on the net. He goes through drummers faster than anyone I've ever played for. We're on our 5th one since April. I also said I wouldn't let it make me miss the Chicago trip this year but I had to go for the gig money instead of the party. I'm sure I missed a good one but the funds are needed to keep me buying more equipment.
Fiddled with the new version a bit. I have the impression the layout could be more compact. There is quite a lot of visual space taken for no function with the current layout template. We are frequently returning users who require efficiencies.
Other than that, the new version offers new features that will need to be discovered for usefulness.

That logo is a temporary measure so that people will realize this is the hfc board rather than some invision board.

Interesting that the OC still doesn't show up at all until you register, and perhaps that's the way it should be.
Also interesting that the Crucible is still around almost a year after it was locked...which means I can't post advocacy like "AuH2O '64" here...oops

Actually, the OC is only available to supporters as a thank you thats why you dont see it up front.
A button popped up when I pulled up the HFC in Safari. The app is actually for all boards hosted in this group (IP.Board). Downloading and clicking the app leads through a sign in page where it asks you which board, your user name and password.
Certainly, no app is required, but the app does size the page view into a more suitable format for the phone's screen.

I also found out that you can attach not only jpg, gifs or pngs but can also do movs and mp3.
