That's clean! One of my buddies used to have one of the early Floyd models back then. Used to play in a band called Maxx Warrior!!

[David B]

I remember the name Maxx Warrior. Wasn't that some of the Firehouse guys or something?

Yeah they just did a reunion show last month in Raleigh, NC. I told Al, You need another Vector!! lol!!

[bambino68]

Thats the one from Makin Music....

[jaydee]

Yep, Make 'n Music it is.

[Brentrocks]

is the floyd original?

[bubs_42]

Yes it is original, but I wish this guitar would just go away.

The earliest Floyds did not have fine tuners. And as these things often work out, that makes them more "collectable."

It doesn't interest me at all. Too me it gest too much attention for what it is or what it isn't.

Thanks, but I didn't need to see that again! /emoticons/default_laugh.png/emoticons/default_wacko.png

[zorrow]

Yeah... again that guy. BTW, I actually think that Vector's quite cool for those who like Floyds, but... at that price!? No, thanks.

[kizanski]

Yeah, that guy again.

Fair warning: He will return every time this guitar gets a PSA thread on this forum.

[Bobby Marshall]

Brad Gillis swears by the non fine tuner Floyd Rose trems. Once you get the strings stretched he says they stay in tune better than an OFR. With fine tuners.

Bubs took the words right out of my mouth. This is a bad penny that thinks it is a gold bar. The truss rod cover makes me want to vomit.

[cmatthes]

I have less than zero interest in that guitar.
