Smoke chrome hardware

Greetings

I have a hohner TB-2 with "smoke chrome" hardware (including the Grover tuners).  I am looking to make a few updates but I cannot find anyplace that carries that hardware finish.  Perhaps it is called something else but stu-Mac, all parts and others don't even have anything that looks remotely like it - just chrome, aged chrome, gold and black.

anyone have any ideas?

Schaller has a finish called "Ruthenium" that is basically smoke gray chrome.

Cosmos black? Cosmo black? Black nickel? A picture of your hardware would help...

it shines and reflects like nickel with a black cast to it

I like that finish especially the combo with the gold.  The finish looks more grey than mine which is a definite black cast.

Thanks though, I have a build in mind that the Ruthenium would killer on

+1.  I'm pretty sure that's what Ibanez calls it.

I had a chance to do some checking and cosmo black does look to be the ticket.  Thanks Vic and to all that replied

I used to import Floyd Rose Specials and that smokey-chrome colour was always referred to as Cosmos Black and/or Black Nickel depending on the exporter/pirate I was dealing with
