Blackface Champ clone stack. The amp was built into a repurposed '70s Univox chassis by MuchXS in 2014, on vintage-style eyelet boards he fabricated. The plan was that he would build the amp and I would build the enclosure. However, he couldn't stand the thought of shipping the complete bare chassis so, in the spirit of repurposing, he made a dovetailed pine enclosure out of some old shelving.

I believe the PT and tubes are repurposed from a 1961 RCA radio, supplied by MuchXS. The OT is newer. The 6V6 is an old RCA, and I'll throw in a spare old Delco-branded 6V6 as well.

I did the less-than-perfect tolex on the head, which has a small gap on the front bottom edge from the vinyl shrinking. (The gap is wider in the back, but hey... it's in the back. See photo gallery.)

The amp comes with a LopoLine (now part of Mojotone) 1-12" cabinet loaded with an Eminence 1258, a great match for a Champ and really loud compared to a stock Fender combo. Tolex on the cabinet is original factory, and Mojotone provided me matching green tolex for the head. The package also includes custom Studio Slips padded covers, a zippered clamshell style for the head and a slipcover with velcro retaining strap for the cabinet.

Price is $550, plus actual shipping to your location. I'm located in Buffalo, NY but my upcoming work travel will take me to Cleveland, Syracuse, and Philadelphia. I would be open to delivering the stack to any of those places or points in between.

Bump for a great one-of-a-kind amp.  If you only want the head, I can make that happen.  $400 head only, plus shipping.

Let’s make a deal.

Another bump.  MuchXS amps are highly respected and few and far between.

BTW, this amp is giggably loud with an efficient 12" such as the Emi 1258.   Our keyboard player once requested after sound check that it be moved to the other side of the stage because it was too loud.

A couple more pics (still more at the gallery linked above):
