Halowords Posted May 20, 2007 Posted May 20, 2007 Hey All, Since I just finished a transaction on a Hamer Studio (largely for the double-cut design), and have a baby on the way this summer, I highly doubt I will have much time to play more than one guitar anyway for a while and probably should move this one. I have grown quite fond of it, but I want to keep my wife happy and keep space for the assortment of baby goods we have gotten. I might get another one in the future, but for now it is more feasible to get rid of this one due to space, budget, and time limitations coming up shortly. So . . . It is a '99 Gibson Les Paul Special. The neck is slim but sturdy, so it is actually has nice fast action, not something really noted on Gibsons as a whole. There are a few minor dings and in the finish, but nothing through the finish so it could probably be buffed out. Or you could say it is Vintage or whatever. The pickups are the stock covered humbuckers and look nice. I am the second owner, and it is in EXACTLY the same condition as I got it in, and I baby my guitars. Asking $550 shipped in the continental U.S. If you have any questions, offers, or want more pictures or whatnot, let me know. Here are a few pictures: -Cheers
Halowords Posted May 21, 2007 Author Posted May 21, 2007 In case anybody is interested, I am planning on keeping this for sale until the end if the week and then will probably throw it up on your favorite auction site. My username there is Halowords as well, I have 100% feedback and strive to be as honest and forthcoming as possible, and will just auction it off on the 'Bay if nobody here wants it. But any offers from here or the Carvin Museum forum would be considered first. So if you have any questions, please ask away.-Cheers

Halowords Posted June 23, 2007 Author Posted June 23, 2007 For those concerned, the auction ends tomorrow. It seems priced pretty nicely right now, quite a bit lower than what I paid for it, which works better for you guys I suppose. Thanks! Here is the URL again:http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...p;rd=1&rd=1-Cheers
