In Search of a machine head!!!

I am in need of a tuning machine head for the low E on a blitz guitar..it's the type that has the lock down screw (like a sperzel) in chrome...anybody???

On that note, anyone got an extra Mini-Schaller like on a hockey stick? The little screw grommet on one of mine is broken and not very happy...
