Nevertheless, I want to see if anyone has a nice Clubman that they may want to trade for a mint condition Phoenix head in black. This is the original HC-30 style layout. The amp positively kills, but my taste may be veering more towards the sparkle and chime of the Clubman. As the Phoenix typically carries a heftier price tag than the Clubman, I would require cash or perhaps a 2x12 of some sort to even up the deal.
